Whether you speak to one of our representatives directly or otherwise engage with our support team, you will provide to us contact information, a summary of the problem you are experiencing, and any other documentation, screenshots or information that would be helpful in resolving the issue, including type of device, operating system, browser type, IP address, URLs of referring/exit pages, device identifiers, and crash data.
